fender skirt

I have a rear plastic fender skirt coming loose on 2016 axis. Any suggestions on how to reattach it.

I had the front fender skirt on my Vegas come loose and tear off the vehicle. I replaced all the screws with stainless and in several places drilled thru the supports behind the fender skirt and used stainless bolts. On the skirt that tore off, they had not put enough support behind the skirt to drill or screw into. In that case I had to add blocks of wood under the skirt to have something to screw into.
