Ford F53 front end noises

I have a 2017 Thor Outlaw 37BG toy hauler and the front end makes noises when traveling. Dealer tightened shock bolts and that helped but still does it.

I have a 2016 Hurricane 35C. Clunking noise sometimes when taking off from dead stop and also on braking. Seem to feel it in the steering wheel/column.

front end noises

Hi Gordstok. You might have the sway bar links checked, if you have a torque wrench, you can do it yourself, torque to 66 ft. lbs.. While you are under there check the tie rod ends also.

Robert Good Luck !

I took the MH in for alignment with our Chevy Spark in the garage and told the tech about our thumping noises and he told me that they have found that this is actually being caused by the rear leaf springs mounting shackles. He undid the bolts and let the rubber liners "relax" and then tightened them back up again.
Also got Safety Plus steering damper put on and a side sway bar added to the back. Hopefully steering issues are improved. When I get it back will ck the CHF fix myself.
