Fuse box corrosion

Need some guidance regarding fuse box 2018 Vegas 24.1. Apparently the fuse box has been left opened since manufactured or when the Chassis AC was fixed on delivery a year ago. Is this corrosion anything I will need to worry about? Thor warranty expires next month.

Just to be on the safe side: I'd visit the dealer, and have them start the warranty paperwork...

Was the missing cover recorded on your PDI? If not, you can expect the dealer to say it is your fault for leaving the cover off and thereby causing the corrosion. The dealer may not even submit the issue to Thor for warranty action. You might try talking to Thor before going to the dealer.

Wow, thats bad.

If they wont take care of you and everything is working okay.... maybe coat all connections with Dielectric grease? They kind of grease you use on your trailer connections and boat trailer lights. That way it wont get worse?

Just an Idea.... but someone may tell us how that would be BAD??

Iíll keep that in mind. Hopefully Thor will step up. Iíve never been to the dealer except for purchase. Only thing done by anyone else was the chassis AC repair by Ford on Thorís dime right after purchase.

Have to be careful with dealers. My dealer replaced my chassis battery under warranty this year and when I checked the work when picking up the coach I found they had not reinstalled the battery hold down. Made them do things right before leaving their lot.
