Generator error messages

I have a Vegas 24.1 with an error message of 14 on my starter switch. The generator handbook says see a tech. Presently the genset will not start as if there is low voltage but voltage measures 12.8 at the starter. Any ideas?

Bad fuel pump? Onan/Cummins had a rash of Genny's with a bad fuel pump. Ours had one, but in that case it would crank and not kick over.

Fuel pump is working, starter appears to not be receiving proper voltage. I will investigate both when I get back home. Thanks.
