Heat

I have a 2018 Mirimar 35.3 and was wondering if I have heat strips in my unit with the air units like home heat pumps to get electric heat as I am out of propane

Sorry: they don't help, once the temperatures drop down to about 40 degrees...

I just added them to my front and rear ac....
I used them for four days after thanks giving temp at 23 deg and they maintained 67 degrees but the propane heat will come on first to get the tempature up enough then they take over...
Also used them in Myrtle Beach and work good all week. Temp low 40's at night and height 50's during the day.
One down fall is your floor will be cold...

If you have them the thermostat should tell you. Turn it to auto and turn the thermostate up to 80. See what happens. I have heat pump in my 23TR and it will take the chill out and anything helps when you need heat.

If you have heat strips your coach thermostat will look like this:

Note the extra heat setting on the center slide switch labeled "electric heat"
