Strange Electrical problem
When my Thor Synergy is plugged into 30amp service everything works perfectly. But when I am plugged into my house current using a "dog bone", my TV's and electrical outlets don't work. But they always did before?

I would first check the dog bone and the outlet it’s plugged into with a voltmeter to confirm 120V.

Thanks for the suggestion. Have checked my home fuse box, the electric outlet I'm plugged into. Don't know about the dog bone but the surge protector indicates I have full/safe power. So my problem is, if the lights, refrigerator, etc all work, what could cause the electric outlets and TV'S not work. And yet when plugged into 30 amp at the campground, everything on the coach works fine?

Same two wires (SP cable) carry 15 or 30 amps into the RV, so maybe you have some load shedding system? Do you have a panel you enter that you are connected to 15A instead of 30A?

Our Class C has a mini power management module that shows the status of each A/C unit along with the washer and dryer, but doesn’t have any load shedding function for the kitchen appliances or any other AC outlets beyond those four higher amperage draws.

Maybe the transfer switch is not engaging? If your refrigerator is a propane electric the electric is 12v, the lights are also 12v. Does your microwave have power? You need not run it, all you need do is to look at the clock / try to set it.

Maybe youu tripped the GFCI when you plugged it in at home. Check all those within the coach.

It is very likely the outside outlet you are plugging into is protected by a GIF circuit. Sometimes the wiring gets a little strange. In my home I have three "outside" outlet circuits one in front of the house, one in back, and two in the garage. The front one is connected to the guest bath GFI, the Garage circuit is connected to the master bath GFI, and the back is connected to one of the Kitchen GFI circuits. I have tripped the GFI on several occasions when I tried to run too many things off the coach 110.

I am going to echo some of the responses that have been given already. Whenever I plug into SP at home, it trips by GFCI because of the indicator lights (reverse polarity, etc.) on my unit which causes some current to leak to ground through the indicator light to ground.
Why some of your 120VAC loads still work could be because you are either operating on 12VDC power (as others have suggested) or you may have an inverter that is automatically running only those circuits.
You should be able to trace the issue with a digital voltmeter. If you have a 30A SP service for your motor home, I doubt that it would be able to detect the difference between a 15/20A connection and a 30A connection for a load shedder to work.

Tell everyone how you are plugged in at home like maybe a dedicated rv receptacle ? Dogbone suggest that you are not connected to a 30amp.circuit so you are only getting 15 or 20 amps and not enough to run your entire system I’m guessing your system has recognized the voltage and only allows certain things to operate.
