2017 Thor Miramar 37.1 power issues

My RV has been plugged into shore power for a few weeks, I went to try to start it and I don't have any power to start the engine or generator. Is this a breaker or fuse issue or something else?

Depends on if you had the use/store switch in use or not. If it was in store then your batteries are likely discharged. If it was in use then check for breakers near the batteries.

When plugged in it must be in "Use" for the on board converter to charge the batteries.

It was in use mode. I've only had the RV for about 6 months. It started a few weeks ago with no issues. Lights don't even come on in the dash. Steps don't come out when the door is opened either.

sounds like dead/depleted batteries, but if you have an 'AUX' switch on your dash, it will tie your Chassis and House batteries together while you try to crank it...

if you lost shore power for an extended time, even though it may be back on now, the batteries may have been depleted during that time...

is your CHARGER on?

is your INVERTER on?

Welcome to the site. There is a fuse on the chassis battery, it is inline with a yellow throw and red push button switch.

This is odd that while connected to shore power you lost your chassis battery power. Did you have anything plugged into the dash USB ports or your stereo on while plugged in all this time to drain which may have drained the battery all this time?

I would try to focus on troubleshooting one set of batteries at at time. Although, this is strange that both sets would have depleted.

Also, giving Thor a call might not be a bad idea either.
