Help - the fridge stopped cooling

We are 30 minutes from leaving home and it appears the fridge has stopped cooling. We plugged it into power last night in the driveway and it was working great. Got up to leave this morning and it's warm inside. We have power to the fridge. In the axis you can unplug the fridge from the chassis and plug direct into an outlet in the garage.

Is there another first somewhere that may have tripped? 2016 Axis 25.2. thanks for your help

What's your house battery status? USE/STORE switch in USE? The fridge needs 12 VDC for control power. By plugging the fridge directly into the house you bypassed the converter which would have kept your battery charged and supplied the 12 VDC control power.

I've unplugged the fridge and plugged it direct to the house, as recommended by the dealer, twice before and had no problems. It ran all night and was cold within a few hours.

As I was getting close to leaving, and probably headed to buy ice, I found a small wire had disconnected from a small black box in the access panel behind the fridge. I heard clicking as I reconnected the wire. The fridge started working. Thanks for responding though.

That was probably your DC control power supply wire.
