Im sorry for being basic but i am new to rvs. I have a 1994 325 Columbus and was wondering is there a switch to use battery power? I have power in the batteries but nothing in the coach.

I don't know about a 1994 Columbus, but most RVs, including my 2005, have a battery disconnect switch to disconnect the battery when the rv is in storage. Mine is located near the door.

Take a look in you storage closest to the batteries, look high low and maybe even around a corner. Follow your main line from battery and should even be a fuse that just might be underneath.

Maybe a description of the switch might help.

Mine is a momentary on switch. Press the top and the battery is connected, press the bottom and the battery is disconnected. There is a light on the switch that lights when the coach has 12v power.

Your's may or may not be the same.
