Hot water heater lighting

Have a 2016 Citation 24SR hwh works on electric but will not light automatically on propane but can manual light on propane?

Not aware of a way to light manually - maybe someone else knows...
But I would light a stove burner to make sure there is no air in line - and try the automatic lighting again...

After sitting with propane off - I find that makes the fridge/furnace/hot water heater happy.

When getting ready for trip, I turn on the gas at the tank, then bleed as much air from the lines as possible with the stove burners. I get all burners going with a strong flame one at the time, then turn on the other gas appliances one at the time until they are stable on gas. Mostly they time out on the first try or two, but eventually light.

Cobweb

I had the same problem yesterday on first trip after storage. Tech Travis at Salt Lake Camping World recognized the problem immediately, removed the cobweb, and the problem was solved.

Now I am having the same problem with the furnace.
