House battery(s) use/store switch

Finally got the chance to take enough stuff apart to get at the wiring I damaged when installing the solar wiring. Also updated the loop diagram I down loaded from these forums. Put in the as built wiring colors and fuse size and location which is near the disconnect relay.
To get at the relay on ours you need to pull out the AC/DC distribution panel. Even at that I could only get one hand on the fuse holder to replace the fuse.

In the process of removing the wires from the use/store switch I managed to pull one of the terminals out of the rocker switch so now I need a replacement switch.

Oh the joys being a "do-it-your·self"er. And you know the job is never done until you have to go back to the store - AGAIN.

I too, had a challenge today to replace the two house batteries. I swear I had the diagram correct, but when I started to put the last negative wire on, I got a good shock and reminder I'm just not a DIYer.

I looked at photos on other threads

I even had the schematics from Thor for the 2015 Vegas. Just not getting it. Could someone offer basic help thru the forum.

Certainly had on "Store" but is there a bypass switch or fuse somewhere?

Did I run one of the wires from wrong pole to pole?

Assuming you have two 12v batteries:
The batteries should be wired together positive to positive and negative to negative (parallel) to maintain 12v.
The positive wire (red) coach should be attached to the positive terminal on battery 1 and the ground/negative wire (black) from coach should be attached to negative terminal on battery 2 to best balance the load.

With two 6v batteries:
The batteries should be wired together negative on battery 1 to positive on battery 2 (series) to provide 12v.
The positive wire (red) coach should be attached to the positive terminal on battery 1 and the ground/negative wire (black) from coach should be attached to negative terminal on battery 2 to obtain 12v power (not a matter of balancing load as in above case... only way to get 12v here.)

Got the new switch in from Digi Key today. Part # is CWI419-ND if you need one. The rocker itself doesn't have the needed holes for the larger rocker cover.
While looking the old switch over I popped the rocker out of the old switch. Do this with a thin blade screw driver and very carefully pry the case apart from the rocker while using an upward pressure. There are two small springs, the momentary part of the switch action, in the rocker. You will need plenty of light to keep track of things.

The plan was to swap the two rockers. Once I had the old switch apart I was able to reinstall the contact I had pulled out originally.
Everything is back together and working like new. I'll keep the replacement switch I ordered in the MH in case of

While repairing this I removed the exterior speakers to get at the wiring better.
Before replacing I used polyurethane to seal the plywood in the opening.
