I think I'm missing something
Didn't notice this on the delivery inspection.

Just be glad you caught it before doing serious damage. So many things I would do differently now that I know better. One of my rear inside wheel did not have the Valentine's stem extender installed right so could check or fill tire.

Please get another nut, they're what holds your simulators on, if it comes loose it will rattle like crazy. There are normally three on each wheel, you can identify them by a dimple in the side of the nut. Use the T handle wrench that should have come with your coach to tighten or remove.

In my case, there are only two per wheel. The simulators are available as a kit from Ford; however, the local dealership was unable to find a part number for the jam nut. I will be contacting Thor, Ford and the seller (Camping World) to try to find a permanent replacement. Until then, I will have to grab something from the hardware store.

I don't understand what I'm seeing here. That's a hubcap with lug nut looking things molded into it. Looks like one of the moldings is missing and the lug is sticking through a hole. Why is there a hole where the molded lug nut should be? I had my hubcap off yesterday filling my tires and neither of them look like that.

There are two nuts with caps that look just like the ones that are molded into the simulator/hub cap. They hold the hub cap in place. I've either lost one (unlikely) or it wasn't there when I picked up the RV (more likely).

Campingworld i3 useless for this as well as ford as those are aftermarket "wheel simulators" most likely made by Dicor. Tis is what I had to get to replace my missing jam nut:

My hub caps are all one molded piece with the fake lug nuts. I know this because I had them off yesterday.

You can usually find these at bigger truck stops.

When I picked up my Axis, I had both rear simulators on and looking right. 500 miles later, I was missing one of them. Evidently, my 2015 was equipped with simulators that just snap on like a hubcap, no retaining nuts or anything. I bought a new pair and replaced the remaining original. I made darn sure my replacements had the retainers that screwed onto the lug nuts.

Lug nut size
Have an Axis 25.2. No wrenches included when I got it. Need to know what size socket required for torquing lug nuts and getting the cap s off- thanks!

The hubcaps on my 2018 vegas went in the trash and were replaced with alcoa aluminum wheels, much reduced weight for the rig.
