King Jack Antenna

I have the King Jack antenna on my 2017 Freedom Elite 30FE. I press the button on the side to rotate the antenna but it only moves 1/4' left or right. Isn't it suppose to rotate around to get the best reception? What am I missing!!!

Yes you should get more movement from the ant. I would check to make sure there is nothing on the roof that is getting in the way. It could also be the coax coming from the base of the unit to the head is wrapped around the shaft. You may have to remove the head fo the unit to check that out.
