leveling jacks

Leveling jacks on my 2011 Damon Daybreak would not work. Power came on but they would not lower. The fluid was low. I filled the tank and they still won’t work. The power comes on normally, In manual I push each button and the motor runs but does nothing. It sounds normal but nothing moves. I read that they are self bleeding and I tried cycling each button with no response. With the motor running I loosened the hose connections on top and got no fluid. I am thinking maybe the coupling between the motor and the pump? Any other ideas?
