Antennae works, cable doesn't

I have a 2018 Thor Four Winds 28E. The antennae works when we are in range of a broadcast signal, but cable the does not. I ran a home run from the camp cable box to the exterior tv and it immediately worked. I am thinking there is a switch I am missing or a bad splitter but it is not obvious where it is located. Can anyone provide info on this?

Go to "menu" "input" on your TV and change from tv to cable. Problem solved. Good luck

As said you will have to find where the coax comes into your coach. At that point there is a small push power button. You have to make sure that there is a red light. Cable will not work if there is a green light showing.

However... on my '19 30FE, the power button does not have any LED lights, just a tiny button mostly hidden by the coax fitting. I had to feel around to find it. And in our previous rig, the power button only had a green LED showing the antenna booster was ON, and no light when it was OFF.

I had the same issue in my 30.2 ACE. Very bad cable reception. Previous suggestion are good. Ran a line direct from cable box to main tv and great picture. First, make sure ALL cable connections to tv's are tight. Each one of my 3 tv's was barely connected. Second, make sure the connector on the exterior is good. Mine was bad and had to replace.

Found it!

The antennae booster switch was hidden behind the coax connection closest to the antennae, thanks Popfla. Thanks to everyone for your advice. I am sure you will see me on here again.
