So two weeks ago the levelling jacks came down and would not go up - "service required" flashing. Went to Lippert's website - followed directions to manually retract to no avail. Called Lippert customer service and they immediately helped me get them retracted.
Lippert sent me a new controller and harness free (under warranty). Unfortunately they sent the incorrect controller but after two emails (with immediate responses to both), I received the correct one today. Even provided me with a pre paid return label for the incorrect one.
KUDOS to Lippert!
I wish the system did not malfunction but their customer service is
stellar to say the least!
