Lippert hydraulic pump motor replacement

Well the good news is the motor quit with the jacks in the up position so I am home to mess around with it. Jacks quit working but the panel shows "jacks down." Breaker in jack motor compartment was tripped but after resetting jacks won't even make a noise. Called Thor and the tech had me do some tests and couldn't help. He did give me the phone number for Lippert tech had me do more tests and determined the solenoid was good but the motor was bad. Has anyone else had this motor go bad and if so is it just a motor change or does the whole pump need changed? I just got home and will go out later to check it out, just wanted to get any advice from anyone having this happen. Thanks, Jim.

Wow not sure on ur motor but the one on my Winnebago I just sold was 12 years old but my new Thor has a lippert 2.0 that's freakin out now I'm beginning to think they got some issues

Good news! I had time to check things out today now that I am home and rested up. Before I started tearing into anything decided to troubleshoot things again. The control panel has the five lights on the left side that were all blinking and the on/off button wouldn't work. I jumped across the terminals on the solenoid and the motor ran. Called Thor tech again and this time was told a different sequence for re-setting the panel. Did that and now the jacks work just like always. Jim.

Yes, press them ten times and then the "retract jacks" button once, it is now reset. I was lucky my memory is lousy because I couldn't remember the sequence I was given the first time because I do remember it was different. Jim.
