New pump motor for my 2016 Windsport
Currently waiting on mobile tech to install a replacement motor for the hydraulic pump. The motor seized. When pulled apart, showed a lot of corrosion and a cracked contact. Tech said he thought motor assembled without any lubricant. Lippert may reimburse, may not - tho under warranty. Let the fun begin!

I saw the Low Voltage once and that was right after I took possession of it. I immediately called the Thor rep who explained that the house batteries were not fully charged and highly suggested leaving the RV running and/or generator running. However, once I plugged the RV in to power and let the batteries charge fully, I have never seen that before. Apparently when the dealer did the 4 battery upgrade, they did not fully charge the batteries. Now, everything seems to work fine. My only "iffy" thing I worry about is the full side slide. I am still working on that one. It seems like it gets a little off. Once thing I found there was two rollers in the rear were not rolling, but sliding. I loosened those up until they rolled. I really need to go back and check every one of them and see if that solves my issue.

Let me assure you, they couldn't care less about you and your problems.
To answer your question, NO, the auto levelers cannot be made to work. Mine has NEVER worked, and getting them to work has beaten every repair shop.
Lippert products are under engineered, shoddily constructed in China, and to cap it off, almost always installed incorrectly by THOR.
Good luck, that's all you have.

The low voltage has nothing to do with your house batteries. The leveling system takes 100% of it power from the chassis battery.

The motor for the system is not replaceable. The entire unit, motor, pump, and reservoir are replaced as one. If it is less than 1 year old it is under warranty. The part is $2K. It takes about an hour out, hour in. THOR should overnight the part to you, and reimburse you labor you pay a local repair company, if you can find one.

Not sure about the Windsport but this statement is 100 percent wrong on the Challenger. The leveling system on the Challenger gets all of its power from the coach batteries. I can state this with certainty because my house batteries, leveling system breaker, and leveling system pump motor are all in the same storage compartment and the cables are in plain view.

Well, that would have been nice. I did watch the tech pull the motor off and install a new one. Looks a lot like a car starter, is solenoid controlled like a car starter. Pump and reservoir untouched. Levelers work well now. I'll call Thor and see what they say.
