Brake Assist Problem

I have a 2014 Thor Hurricane sitting on a 2013 Ford frame. When I am ascending a tight cornered hill my back left tire break applies to the point it squeals the tire! The only way it get it to let up on the brake is to start steering straight!. To be clear, I am accelerating up a hill and not applying the brake but it applies itself. Is there a way to get into the brake assist and turn this off?

The F53 chassis does not have brake assist, stability control or traction control and I'm pretty sure the rear anti lock braking is not independent for the left and right wheels as it is for the front axle. It's a pretty simple chassis without a lot of the features you'll find on you daily driver.

Accelerating up a hill will have a pretty high torque load on the differential and when turning the rear wheels will be rotating at different speeds, when all is working properly. Nothing comes to mind what might be causing the problem other than something is not right with the rear axle differential. Maybe another owner might have a more direct suggestion.

I would have the outer axle bearings checked. It may be binding a bit when torqued to one side or the other but still holding it's own (less straight forward stress) when moving straight forward. Next time it happens, if possible, find a safe place to pull over an feel the temperature of the wheels...see if that side is warmer than the wheels on the other side. Not to sound scary, but if this is the case, it could lead to something really dangerous if they totally locked up.
