No power to automatic awning

I must have blown a fuse or tripped a breaker when extending my automatic awning. Does this use 120v or 12v? I have a class c thor chateau 31E. Can someone help find the fuse or breaker?

12 v Did you happen to hit your battery in use switch, if it is off the awning will not work.

This happened to us in our ACE. We realized that they ignition key was on (we had been playing the radio). Once we turned the ignition key off, the awning would come in.
Good luck.

battery disconnect switch

I believe the problem with my awning is the battery disconnect switch. Is that on a fuse or breaker? Where should I look?

You may have a breaker close to your battery that has a little flag out when tripped. My awning is different, and I have a fuse behind the switch

On ours it's on the six button panel as you come in the door and just below the awning button.

Is the awning the ONLY 12V powered item not working? Do you have ceiling lights (they should be 12V). If it is only the awning not operating I'd suspect a fuse.

If it's the battery cutoff switch (like the USE/STORE switch in our Vegas) you'd have no 12 DC anywhere. The ceiling lights wouldn't work, the carbon monoxide detector light would not be on, your status lights on the monitor panel would not operate.

On our Axis it was the relay that is tied in with ignition switch, wire fell off.
