Low point drain

We have a 2009 39 foot vortex toy hauler I see two lines under the trailer one blue one red I figured they are the low point drains but there is no valves or caps on them I need to drain the trailer for winter where do you open the valves? We just bought the trailer yesterday the dealer said the two lines were the low point drain but didn’t know how to open them
