No charge on house batteries

Good morning. The learning curve is getting better for us, but now we have this issue: On our ACE 27.2 (2018), there is no charge to the batteries supplying current to the coach. The engine starts and runs great, but there's only current to the internal coach accessories unless it's on shore power, or using the generator. Once the AC/Gen is disconnected, everything shuts off, including the dash radio/camera monitor.

I called tech support and the person I talked to was helpful to a point, but the batteries are still not charging. He said to reset the breaker. Done = No charge. He said to check the 50 amp fuse above the batteries. Done = No charge. I had to drive 300 miles using the generator, just to keep the refrigerator and monitor camera on. Suggestions?
Thank you.

Place The USE/STORE switch in USE. If it is, get a voltmeter and start by measuring the voltage on your batteries.

There is also a 12v breaker near the batteries, mine is actually under the coach by the batteries. It is a black box with a red push button on it. Mine tripped once and I remembered from these forums of talk of that breaker and that was it. It seems a lot of dealer service techs don't even know about them.

When my dealer technician was giving us the walkthrough on our Miramar, he pointed both of them for me. He said to pay special attention to those.

Our walkthrough at CW lasted about 5-10 mins. Showed us a few obvious things and that was about it. Having owned several RV's before, I think I knew more about it than he did. He knew so little that when we got back there he was hosing out all the cubbies and some of them even have the control boxes in them for jacks and slides.

That happened to us the first time they gave us a walk-through. I even had to ask the guy if he has ever used an RV before. I requested a second walk-through with someone who was knowledgeable and they brought out the big guns and that guy did know his stuff. I imagine he's the linchpin of the service department there.
