Low voltage on leveler

We have a 2014 Thor Outlaw35.
Initially we had an error on the leveler control that indicated a timeout and to take it in for service. After some research we found the solution to reset the leveler and that corrected the problem. We were able to lower the jacks.
We attempted to retract the jacks but have a low voltage message... Have started the generator and the truck, same low voltage message. Any suggestions?
TIA.

On my Challenger I sometimes receive the error when turning Jack power on immediately after starting the engine. I then turn the jack power off and back on again and it clears the low voltage error and jacks work fine.

I had the same problem. There is a small breaker in the battery box that had flipped. It does not look like a regular breaker. There is a little plastic handle that sticks out when it is flipped. If I had not had phone service to the dealer, it would have been bad.

I have the "low voltage, return RV for service" message on my 2015 Outlaw. Please would you tell me how to reset the panel.

If you have the version of Lippert electronic levelers with an LCD display, after you check your fluid and top it off if needed, start your engine, push the power button to turn on the leveler system, then push both the "Enter" and the "Retract" buttons on the leveler control panel at the same time. That will clear the error. Hope that helps!

When you clear the error in this method, does it also clear the set points?

Not positive but it should not. There is a separate procedure for clearing the level points and entering the calibration mode.

What normally works for me when I get the low voltage error is to do the following.

Turn off the leveler control panel.
Shutoff the engine
Wait a minute
Start the engine
Wait a minute until the engine idles smoothly and the alternator enters its charging mode
Turn on the leveling system control panel.

My low voltage error normally occurs when I try turning on the levelers too soon after starting the engine and the alternator has not had the initial time to start charging the batteries.

Good info, thank you much.
