Just got back from Wakarusa

We got there Sunday night around 9:00pm and found a spot. They have 50 and 30 amp hookups and fresh water supply. Jesse came around 7:00am and reviewed the problems we wanted fixed. Got it back just before 3:00pm. They fixed everything on our list and then some. They also took care of any other known problems, checked and sealed all the problem areas on the roof and side panels. They also noticed that the door on the water heater was faded and dull so they put on a new one. They also sealed all the seams on the inside of the water heater enclosure. It was all under warrantee and cost us nothing but the gas to get there and back. They have 2 different lounge areas with drinks and snacks, TV and WiFi. It was a 100% great experience.


If you get the chance, go there and get this done. They will also do all this if you are out of warrantee, but it will cost you.

Yup: $100/hr when I went there. Still an excellent experience. They also said they would do mods for you, install things, etc. not just fixing.

Is this a Thor factory location? I have a previously owned 2014 ACE (out of warranty) that I would like to have some items addressed. Would prefer to have them done right and not have to leave MH at a repair shop for weeks/months. Any info would be much appreciated.
