DC Problem in driver compartment area

Y2018 THOR WINDSPOTRT 29M

A/ Engine running
No power to:
- Windshield wipers (WW)
- Overhead fans (driver & passenger)
- Heater blower
- Sunshade
- LCI Panel
- Entry steps

Power OK to:
- Lights in the overhead (driver & passenger side).
- Windshield washer pump.
- Dashboard AUX power outlets (2)

B/ Engine running/WW switch in ‘full on’ position
Note: Can hear relay cycle under dashboard when WW switch turned full on.
- WW’s do not work
- Intermittently, others listed above will have power.
- Sometimes, if WW switch position is ‘tweeked’ while in ‘full on’.
o WW will briefly move
o LCI panel will flicker (briefly powered)

Note: With engine running, loud ‘thumping’ noise is heard from electrical cabinet under the bed, i.e. a relay is cycling.

Q1/ What is occurring as described above ?
Q2/ How can WW switch be involved in this manner (doesn’t make sense) ?

Note: I need to retract the LCI level jacks to move the vehicle.
Q3/ What is the primary power source for the LCI panel ?
Q4/ Can I manually power the LCI system (with an external battery charger) and then retract the level jacks?? If so, where do I make the DC connection to the LCI system?
Q5/ If not, the how do I manually retract the LCI jacks ??

You have a Loss Of Power Problem (LOPP).
The WW switch operates a relay. Sounds like you have relay control power but not main power.

Start checking your under hood and under dash fuse panels for power. Sides like a loose/poor connection somewhere which is aggravated by current draw.

Look in your LCI Levelers manual for the manual retract procedure. You can download the manual if necessary. This involves turning the hydraulic pump with a socket and ratchet or drill/driver and opening valves manually with an allen wrench.

Not sure how other levelers are wired... but when I had Big Foot installed, they stress EMPHATICALLY that the house batteries MUST be in good condition AND fully charged. Otherwise, the leveler control panel will sound an alarm and may not operate. And just having the engine running isn't necessarily good enough.

I'd check BOTH your coach battery AND house batteries. Many DC voltage problems that seem weird can be traced directly back to weak batteries.

Beyond that - for a quick fix to get out of a predicament, trace down the manual operation procedure for the jacks.

Fortunately you have a Thor MC plant 750 coach like mine. The items in the front cap (everything forward of the step into the driver's area) are powered by the chassis battery through a 100 amp DC circuit beaker located just behind the chassis battery on the right frame rail. This powers the fuse and relay board down by the drivers left foot. Located here are all the coach's interlock relays except those for the Rapid Camp remote.
The Jack's electric motor is powered by the house batteries through a 100 amp circuit breaker in the house battery compartment but the jack's panel is powered by the chassis battery and the 10 amp fuse down by the drivers.

Remember you are dealing with a stripped chassis. If it isn't labeled FOMOCO, it was installed by Thor MC plant 750. True that there some Thor MC items that are wired into Ford's power center like the headlights and the power ports but there are very few.

Is your store switch set to "on"? I know my radio will not work unless it is. Not sure if it also powers the other things up there.
