water tank questions

This is my first post and I've probably gone about it all wrong but here's my question:

Ready to go on first trip in 2014 Thor ACE 30.1 and the manual shows a city water fill port and a separate fresh water tank fill port panel and also mentions setting a system switch to the appropriate position before filling.

All we can find is the city water fill port - no other fill port and no water system switches inside or anywhere outside. How do you fill the water supply tank and how do you set the system for using internal supply vs. city water supply?

Our delivery walkaround was 9 months ago and all the details are hazy.

Thanks

The fresh water fill is up high to right of city water connection. It has a label that says warning potable water only. The city water connection is next to out electric hook up. There is a silver knob to right of water pump which is inside a bottom door next step. We have the 29.2 so it might be layed out differently. I hope this helps.

2015 Thor Axis 24.1 fresh water fill on passenger side, labeled potable water about shoulder level just in front of the rear tires. When changing from on board fresh water system to city water only thing you have to do is shut off the water pump
