This could be a transfer switch issue. It was a recall on some 2014 models. My Windsport was affected. Took the dealer 6 months to figure it out. Cost me a new set of batteries that I really didn't need to replace.

50 amp fuse

]My Thor axis lost power to the coach all 12 volt systems and what we ended up finding was underneath the coach near the battery box frame was a 50 amp fuse in a plastic box the plastic box was broken and the fuse would not make contact

switches

Not sure if this is it but under the entry door under the coach are several yellow switches, see if any are tripped?

My RV has only one 120V socket with power when battery used. That one socket is passage side dash for laptop computer or fan / stuff.

No power

I have a ACE 27.9 and had the same problem. There is a electric box where the motor battery is. Look in front of your motor on the right hand side there is a black box and a small switch from a tripped fuse outside the box, very little one, maybe that is the problem. I found out the hard way. Thor did not mention it on its curcit diagram.

Look BY the fuse panel for a SMALL relay. Make sure it's not tripped. It could be an inline relay and difficult to see/find. There may be another by the entry steps, under the coach. This same problem happened to my 2018 Quantum. The relay was tripped on mine.
