One Control...Missing Icons

We plugged in our 2019 Thor axis 25.2 and only 2 icons appeared on the One Control.Slide and bed lift...all others disappeared.We tried everything,reboot,reset.Our awning is out we can't even drive anywhere for HELP!

This may not be very helpful to you to fix your problem immediately. But I found the One Control help desk very "helpful." Give then a call at (574) 537-8900 when the open tomorrow and if they treat you like me, they'll stay on the line until they have a solution.
You may also try the phone app. It's a bit different than the monitor and may work.
And finally, there is a way to get the awning retracted with a battery. I've never tried it. But you should be able to find some directions - maybe Youtube?
Good luck. Frustrating today. But don't let it spoil your adventure.

Thanks so much ,I am going to try that number now.I did get my awning in,....by downloading the OneControl app on my phone and using it to bring the awning in.The other icons are still missing off my main screen.Thanks again

I am glad you were able to help them get out of their jam with this tip.

THANK YOU for posting it because we had ZERO idea that this app even existed. I just downloaded it and connected it my Lippert panel. Could not be happier knowing this exists!

Happened just last weekend. Customer service for Lippert was great. Heat was still working, just no control. We checked fuses, reset twice, but then went into advanced (they told me how) and just had to rename the heat system and it was then there.

2019 Axis 25.6 with One Control. I've already had the One Control screen not function at all, Scared Hell out of me. But then it responded to "Reset".

Can someone give DETAILED instructions on exactly how to download the app (assume you're talking to a 2nd grader). I'm using a Samsung Note 8 android phone.

Also, where is the "ONE Control wifi device LABEL" located containing the SSID & PASSWORD?

Hi Wishful, the app for OneControl requires a PASSWORD; Where did you find your OneControl label with the SSID & Password? I've looked in most cabinets in my 2019 Axis 25.6 but can't locate the "Label".

On this 27.7 Vegas it’s behind a panel in the rear compartment on the driver’s side. Another Vegas had it behind a panel inside (interior) passenger side midship low level before the bathroom door.
Info is on the little black box connected to the circuit board by a black wire and a red wire

My Lippert One system on 2019 Thor Vegas constantly shows an "in motion" warning which must be cleared. The coach is not running or in motion and the key is not in the ignition.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know where the in motion switch/latch is located? And how to bypass it?
