Front suspension parts help

I've been replacing a few parts on my 1998 windsport on a p30 chassis. On the front right there is a shock or something like one that is attached horizontally to the front frame and back to the steering. I'm sure is is some type of stabilizer but I don't know what it is called to look for a new one. Can anyone help me with this?

Sounds like a steering stabilizer. I have a Safe-T-Plus on my ACE 30.1. There are others on the market. Search Steering Stabilizer on the forums and you will find lots of posts on the various alternatives.

Thanks for the help. I'm getting a little back and forth movement in the steering. I replaced the sway bar bushings which helped a lot. They were shot. I'll see what I can find on the stabilizer.
