My outdoor TV on my Tuscany will not turn on using the remote. The only way I get power is hitting the power button on the back of the TV but I get no reception. The receiver light comes on when I use the remote but nothing happens.

I thought I was the only one with this problem. One day the tv stopped responding to the remote. Changed batteries, no improvement. Used the remotes for the inside televisions but nothing changed. Can operate the tv with buttons on the TV but this is inconvenient.

I am wondering if a wire is loose. It is such a pain to access the tv. I have to remove the front of the fireplace. It would be better if the tv could move on a hinge!!!!!!
