Outside Door Lite On

My outside door lite on my 2017 Windsport 34J won't turn off. There are two rows of switches on the left as you come in the door. The 4-switch bottom row is labeled and has the Use/disconnect, awning, step & stepwell lite. The 3-switch upper row is not labeled. The first switch is the interior lites. I'm not sure about the other 2 but I'm pretty sure one of them is that outside door lite switch. I did a quick continuity check and those two switches look good. If you have access to your Windsport please take a look to see what those 2 switches control.

Do you have Rapidcamp? Did you use the remote to set up? If so, it will override the light switch, and you will need to use the remote to turn off the light.

The middle switch should be the porch light and the third switch should be awning lights.

The switches on my coach are left to right (facing the switches), three way for overhead lights (the other switch is on the bathroom wall), the outside courtesy light, and the patio awning LED stripe. I might mention that this is one of the systems the the "Rapid Camp" controls. If you turn the system on with the "Rapid Camp" then you must use it to turn it off. Fortunately the slides don't seem to care which switches are used to operate them nor does the genset.

That was it. I never use the thing but I did knock it off the wall yesterday and decided to charge it. I must have toggled the lite on. Thanks for the info.

They are rechargeable. There is a USB port on the bottom of the remote.

The guy at CW showed me a charger (it was in the top drawer in the kitchen) and told me it was the charger for the remote.
