Overcab Bunk problem coming down

My over the cab bunk on my class A THOR challenger GT starts to come down fine but then binds up on something on the passenger side. The drivers side continues to go down. When lowering bunk, it comes to a sudden stop on the passenger side 6 or 8 inches down from the roof. I then have to rock the bunk up and down (by using switch up and down) to get it level at the roof again. I can not see anything that is holding it up. Power and fuses all good, and no codes flashing on the Lippert control above the drivers seat. Ideas anyone?

I had a similar problem with mine early on. Mine turned out to be a sync issue. I ran it down until it stopped and then back up until the motor timed out probably 5 or 6 times. It has worked fine now for a couple years. Hope you get yours resolved too.

Mine did the same thing. I ran it all the way down and reset the controller. It has worked fine ever since.

Cant get it to go down without the passenger side stopping after about 6 to 8 inches. The drivers side is willing to keep going, but the bunk gets grossly slanted.
