2016 Outlaw 37LS Awning

Forward awning arm is not closing completely flush with the wall. The awning also wrinkles as it rolls on the opposite end. Any advise on how to correct both - which I assume are related? Carefree Travelr awning I believe.

Unfortunately no, both are set at the same position. Good thought though, Thanks.
