tail ligth replacement

Where can I get a new tail light do I have to replace the whole unit or can I just replace bulb? FOUR WINDS 31E 2018

Picture of your particular light would help. If it is the Command Electronics model with the back-up light in the middle you will have to remove the entire light after removing all of the screws, of course. You will be able to inspect for water intrusion then and decide the next fix for that. Many threads on this forum on that subject.
