Jensen JRV215N GPS Antenna

Does anyone know where the GPS antenna is located on the Jensen system?
I'm only getting one satellite when trying to use it. Just says searching.

Pull the radio out of the dash: The 215 has a dedicated GPS antenna connector (and wire). Maybe it got disconnected somehow.

When I put our 215 in I just put the GPS antenna under the dash--everything there is plastic and our Axis has a fiberglass front--all things GPS signals pass through.

Got it. Yes it was disconnected. I'm sure it was I-10and I-12 from Florida to Houston and back. Some sections were so bad I thought the cabinets we're going to come loose.

Does that JRV-215 use the i-go nav? If so how do you like it? Can you enter your vehicle dimensions, for bridge avoidance etc?

Yeah the 215 uses the iGo navigation. So far I like it; I simply set it to "truck"--I don't think there is a screen to enter exact dimensions. So far it hasn't taken us anywhere we'd hit something. All the Nav data is stored on a micro-SD card that you can pull out and update (stick it in a computer and download their software. It even makes a backup for you). Its pretty easy to do.

One of the nice features of the iGo software: It keeps trip logs, and fuel logs (including mpg calculations).
