Plumbing Issues on Thor Tuscany

We are having a problem with the plumbing on our 2014 Thor Tuscany that we bought used with 2700 miles on it. Turns out, the plumbing is wrong and sewage is going into the gray tank. Camping World has contacted Thor and they say it's not their issue given that we are the 2nd owners. Our extended warranty company says it's not their issue.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I really think Thor should stand behind their product as this is clearly a manufacturing issue.

Any advice on how to get either Thor or warranty company to pay would be appreciated.

Motorhome magazine does get involved in disputes between consumers and RV manufacturers/dealers/service centers. Might give that a try. See pic.

Curious=Is it really going into the grey tank, or are the dump handles labeled wrong? And how come the original owner didn't notice if it is wrong? Just thinking out loud.

What is your Model and FloorPlan number?
is it a mid-bath?

also, if you move your question to the iRV2.com THOR discussion area, you might get some more replies from TUSCANY owners...

question: does the 'black' water come out of the smaller exit pipe(1 1/2"), or the larger one(3")?
Black tank plumbing is typically the larger 3" and
Gray tank plumbing exit is usually the smaller 1 1/2"

as someone else said, they may just have mis-labled Handles

if you truly have the black water going into the gray water tank, is anything going into/coming out of the black water tank?
typically the factories set the mid bath commode directly over the Black tank, as this allows the waste to drop directly into it. Having the commode empty into the gray tank would seem to be a 'enormous' effort for the factory, if by 'accident'. I don't see how that would be even possible.

I agree with Turner. Open the black valve and have someone hold down on toilet flush pedal to see if it drains out, close black and open grey and check for drainage, this will tell you for sure where the toilet is draining. I would also do the same thing for a faucet, opening one valve at a time and see what is draining where. Some newby idiot could have just gotten the valves backwards. When you hold down the flush pedal you should be able to look straight down in to the black tank.
