120 volts is 120 volts: no matter how you use it...
I don't foresee any problems!

If you're talking about an Instant Pot it's demands are not much different from an electric skillet or a Crock-Pot.

Shouldn't have any issues with it.

We bought the 6qt Instant Pot with carry bag and it is one of the best purchases we've made, that and the and the 17" Blackstone Griddle. We have not had any trouble with the Instant Pot, even when the AC is running.

I use the 6 qt instant pot also. When boon docking this is the time that I exercise the generator.

We use our Instant Pot religiously at home and on the road. We are also fanboys of the blackstone, so much that I bought the 36 inch model for the house. We also use a copper electric skillet quite a bit. Between the three and the Aussie grill we almost never use the stove in the RV.
