Quality on 2016 MS36RSSB3

.We picked up our brand new MS 36RSSB3 last Saturday..Took it back today..Roof may need to be replaced...I don't call that a "small" issue or a "little glitch"..I was cleaning front sidewall and noticed about a foot before the front upper side gutter spout, the rubber membrane was crackled, for want of a better word...you could rub your hand over the rubber roof and feel the cracks...also a list of other issues that got past Thor..appears the Quality Cntrol process needs some work done.I'm an Engineer and been in Manufacturing for the last 41 years and I do know about quality control processes in the manufacturing world..I'm hoping all the other problems will be fixed also...but right now, it appears the entire roof will need to be replaced..and this unit was built in December and purchased brand new by me and picked up a week ago...


Will follow up with report on what is done...a little disappointed with lQuality of my MS at this time.
