I was having issues with slides, awnings, overhead bunk, etc. All the stuff that is controlled via the Rapid Camp Module. See my thread at

This is to say that there really is help from the Thor Technician Consumer Service Reps (CSR). I called in and got referred to Lippert. I was thinking - here we go. The CSR from Lippert was extremely helpful. And we helped narrowed the problem down to the Ignition Lockout Circuit - not in the Lippert folk's wheel house. I called back into Thor and got Andrea Hans.
Gotta say Andrea Hans was incredibly helpful. She diligently worked me, providing clarity through wiring diagrams and assistance from engineering/repair techs. Andrea stayed on the phone while I took measurements of voltage and continuity. She stayed on phone for about 1.5 hours.
