Radio/Rear view/Screen power off

Hi, This is Ray. I have a 2017 Thor Ace 27.3 Coach. I was putting back two house batteries back to RV after winter break. The radio/rear view screen doesn't have power at all. The dealer won't have appointments till the end of May. I guess it's the fuse. However, I couldn't find the fuse box anywhere for the Axxera system. Can anybody help?

If you Axerra is like mine, when I've had that issue, I removed the screen (push down tab in the top center edge of the seen and pull/tilt out) and reset it firmly. The connection design is not great and will fail periodically. There is also a small hole for resetting the unit to the right of the release tab (use a pen or paperclip) which helps if it starts acting weird in other ways.

My radio is Axxera AV614BH. I don't think that I can open the face of the radio

Ours has failed twice recently. We found a fuse at the fuse box near the converter that is labeled audio/visual. Pull the fuse, check it, and replace it. Even if the fuse is good the radio will reset and you are good to go.

Look for a tiny, unmarked reset button somewhere on the frame of the radio. On my AVM80, it's up top to the left of the model number. Press and hold the button for a few seconds with something small, like a straightened paperclip or a toothpick. Works for me every time.

If you remove the radio/monitor you will find a fuse on the back under the wire harness.
