rear cap running lights

hey all, 2014 34f, rear upper running/cap lights. some work some don't,probably just a bulb or 2 but I cant see how to access the bulb. there is no screw to remove,theres a plastic lens and a rubber base,seems real solid.
do I just have to pry it off or am I missing something? I also have moisture and corrosion in a frt fog lamp housing but found a new lens on amazon. also fits a buick..go figure.
