Residential Fridge Question on storing

Hi all....we have a residential fridge in our 31W. When we were not using our previously owned TT, we had these little gadgets to prop open the doors when not in use. Do any of you do something similar with the residential refrigerator and if so what did you use.

I use an old piece of foam rubber. The block of foam is thicker than the gap between the fridge and freezer door, I slide it in leaving about 2 inches sticking out. Foam holds the door open nicely and won't damage anything. I've also used an old sponge in the past.

We also have a 31W with the res fridge, ours is stationary in the garage so I just put the lock in, then close the doors on it so they won't close all the way. If it has to move like that you could use something like a magnet strip to hold the doors against the latch so it doesn't swing open.

X2, we just open the doors, screw the lock in, and let the doors lay back against it. We used to even put a couple of boxes of open baking soda inside our RV frigs but now if sitting idle for over a month we just spread softner sheets around, even a couple inside the frig. They keep stuff smelling nice and some say they keep critters out.
