Just about any car wash soap and a scrub brush on a pole will work, TPO roof is pretty tough.

I second that, Simple Green works great for cleaning a lot of things, always keep a jug handy!

Just got off the phone with Thor tech support. They say the TPO manufacture says use only Dicor caulking and for cleaning the TPO roof only a mild dish washing soap like Dawn. Also he said when cleaning use either a soft rag or sponge, no brushes. FWIW I had called about my up coming solar roof install.

Using a sponge on the roof is going to be very time consuming. I use a medium bristled brush on a pole, helps when scrubbing the tough and dirty spots, never had a problem. The TPO roof is very durable and it would have to be very intentional to do damage. Sure Thor is being conservative.

Hi, I would love to see pictures of your solar installation and the equipment you decided on. I would like to add solar to my 2016 Axis 25.2.

NO WAY am I getting on my hands & knees to wash the roof with a sponge!! Spray down with Simple Green & let soak for a few minutes then scrub with a medium bristle brush & car wash soap then rinse, viola!
