Agree with DIY. It’s not hard and it absolutely WILL be a recurring problem so you might as well get confident that you can handle it. Usually they don’t tell you when you buy a MH that you need to inspect and service your roof at least 2 or 3 times a year. What I do is pick a nice day and go up there and inspect the whole roof on my hands and knees. Any suspect areas such as you’ve found should be cleaned and resealed. If it’s bad (or especially dirty) you can remove the old sealant before applying new. Of critical importance is that you use the correct self leveling RV roof sealant. Do NOT use silicone! Some folks like eternabond tape but I think it goes on forever and I’ve resisted using it. Good luck!
