sagging slideout awning

I have a 2017 Thor chateau 22b with a lippert solera slideout awning that is starting to sag. Called Lippert but they wpn't share any tech manual how to retnesion the awning. They advise it's too dangerous due to the spring tension and deferred to service by the dealer. Anybody know how to retension the awning?

Also the power awning wrinkles at one end as it appears to take up the awning fabric at slightly different rates toward the end of the takeup process. Not a major issue but i'm picky at mechanical devices working properly. Any hints?

been tere done that , Utube has videos on total replacement but not retensioning.

once you replace it you need to tighten it. same process I would think.
