Serrano Steps not extending
We have a 2011 Four Winds Serrano and for some reason the steps will not extend. The steps worked fine last week when we de-winterized the unit but today when I went to measure for pilot shades the steps would not extend. Batteries are fully charged. This happened once before but after the MH ran for about 15 minutes they worked fine.

Any thoughts appreciated.
