Thor Freedom Elite parts

Our 2017 Thor Freedom Elite 26he was damaged in a fender bender. The rv repair place has ordered parts(trim pieces, hinge for generator door) from Camping World. We've had difficulty with Camping World already! The repair place called to check the status on the order because it had been a while and can not get a call back from them. Where else can we get parts besides Camping World? Any suggestions?

Call Thor. Thor built the coach for Camping World. Trying to get parts from Camping World would be a total waste of time since they will have to get them from Thor anyway.

My husband has already talked to Thor directly and was told we had to go through the dealer.

The RV repair place should try contacting Thor. Since they are a repair facility (if they are a licensed repair facility) they should be able to order the parts from Thor directly. Thor is not licensed to sell parts to owners.
