2018 Thor Chateau 31W

New to the group, new to Class C RVs. First trip completed and only issue I have and its very confusing to me. My house batteries will not charge while I'm driving and not charging while the generator is running. The alternator puts out 14.34V while engine is running but 11.30V show on the house batteries error code E02. Has anyone else experienced this problem or suggestions what might be wrong.

I don't know your coach and don't know what that error code is....
but yes, your coach has something like
a BIRD which is a little electronic box that will be connected to a [https://www.towuniverse.com/Tekonsha...EALw_wcB]relay [/URL](mine was on the driver's side fender under the hood
or a BIM

Your same situation happened to me when I discovered my house batteries nearly dead after having driven for several hours so they should not have been.
In my case, by BIRD controlled relay was bad. The relay, not the BIRD controller.
I replaced teh relay which you should be able to find at an autoparts store.... and it continued to work for years. Eventually I replaced the whole system with a BIM

Did you find a solution? Just had the exact thing happen in 105F Texas heat. Would like to know where the relay was and if you replaced it, did that solve the problem? Thanks,
