New England RV Roof

Would like to know if anyone has had a new roof put on by New England RV Roof? I have a 2016 Class C Thor Freedom Elite 23C less than 5000 miles with a very small leak somewhere over the passenger side bed overhang just on the bed floor. I’m calling it a leak, but it’s more like condensation along the floor which I noticed after we purchased it when I lifted up the mattress.
I would post a photo but I don’t know how to make a link. There’s also a soft spot on the roof on the front passenger side in the corner of the roof where the rubber meets the overhang.I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions or ideas before I have a new roof put on.

A 2016 should not need a new roof without obvious damage. The roof and sealing needs to be inspected several times a year for cracks and then resealed with self-leveling lap sealant.. Have a mobile tech come back and give the roof a good inspection before dishing out for a new roof.
