Sliding Drawer "Closet" in Palazzo 36.1

We have a 2015 Thor Palazzo 36.1 with what can best be described as a sliding closet/shelf in the master bath. This morning it failed to close. Called Thor, they were unable to determine how to either repair or even remove it. We are on the road so we just bungee'd it but if anyone has ANY ideas or experience with this please advise. Thor seemed totally baffled.

do you mean it will not 'close' fully, or at all(move at all)...
or do you mean it just will not 'stay' closed?

It looks like it has the regular drawer 'sliders' at the top, but, yes, I'm not sure how you'd get to the rear one!

It opens fully but won't close all the way. Something is preventing it from closing. There is nothing that could get behind the unit (comb, brush, hanger), it has to be something with the rails. The problem is, there's no way to access the rails on both sides even to remove the drawer. The right side is almost flush against the medicine cabinet.

If the draw fully opens you should be able to get it completely out by the little black taps on the rails one will go up and one down you have to push both at the same time and pull the door out they work just like the draws do hope this helps

Is there a back on the cabinet? (The interior side under the drawer glide nearest the mirror) lf not, maybe you can reach the rear glide thru the inside of the cabinet?
